Our social prescribing work began in 2010 with a series of projects in the then relatively new area of social prescribing.

Our CEO and artistic director, Wanjiku Nyachae, designed and delivered two programmes: ‘Dove Hearts’ and ‘Walkie Talkie Stories’.

Dove Hearts was part of a larger programme curated by Hybrid Arts.

This was followed by stories as medicine ‘Walkie Talkie Stories’ in Birmingham’s Castle Vale Estate.
